Sales tax on food
Live in Michigan where we don't have sales tax on food. Have two recent orders for powdered milk where I was charged sales tax. How can I get this resolved? Thanks

Mentor3 years agoThe item was probably listed in a non-food category, like health & beauty. eBay uses the category to determine taxability, they will not make adjustments.
You could check you state tax return - they often offer a way to claim an adjustment on sales tax paid.
