sales tax is being charged but shouldn't be
I am being charged a sales tax for clothing and shoes under $100 where in my county in New York there is no sales tax on clothing and shoes under $100 and no shipping tax when an item has no sales tax. Yet I am being charged tax. Why.

Do you use the 4-digit extension on your ZIP Code when you place your order? If you don't use it ... you are charged the highest amount of tax for that ZIP Code.
