sales tax exemption ?

i applied for sales tax exemption with EBAY. i keep receiving emails from EBAY saying that i need to send them at months end a itemized list with order number and item number. but they never include a email address where to reply to? AI is wortless.

Something doesn't sound right here. When you apply for exemption it is from the date the exemption is verified forward. Ebay does not refund for prior purchases, that is something you take up with your state or include as a credit when you file your tax return. So I am not sure what you are asking here, please explain further.

2) Try uploading the list here. Just indicate it is Sales Tax Exemption. Hopefully it gets routed to the correct place
