Mentor1 year agoSellers are not charged sales tax when they sell an item. eBay must collect sales tax from the buyer in almost all States. This sales tax does not go to you but is collected and remitted by eBay to the appropriate authority.
Do not confuse eBay's final value fees (commission) for sales taxes. Selling on eBay is not free.
