·3 years agoeBay might not be able to change its website coding every week to accommodate the various versions of tax holidays that occur in many states. Typically it seems that eBay may just skip tax holidays. However, your state website says that businesses located in MA must honor the tax holiday and also says that business that sell to MA buyers must honor the tax holiday.

If that applies to Marketplaces like eBay, then you could contact eBay customer support and request a tax refund for purchases made this weekend. Scroll to the bottom of this sales tax page and request a callback:
