Mentor3 years agoIt looks like the 3 month tax holiday in TN is for food purchased at the grocery store.

Tax holidays do not always apply to online sales and are sometimes left to the discretion of the online sales venue. You need to read the fine print.

That would depend whether the treasurer of your state contacted eBay and told them not to charge tax on items shipped to Tennessee. eBay responds only to individual state authorities as to what tax to charge.
