Mentor11 months ago@dickhorton Sales tax on eBay is charged based on the category as required by the buyers state. It is possible that they were listed in a category that required eBay to collect and remit the sales tax.
You can contact eBay customer service if you wish, but they will most likely tell you to contact your tax authority.
