Question

I'm overwhelmed trying to find non-confusing answers in Ebay's Help section,

hope you can help this novice in Ohio.

Do sales under a certain amount not have to incur or report sales tax ?

When a buyer makes a purchase, does Ebay automatically add sales tax to their invoice...

or, do I need to calculate and include it on their invoice ?

Who submits sales tax... and to whom ?

How is this done?

Ebay automatically calculates and collects the sales tax based on the buyer's shipping address, and then Ebay will remit the taxes to the state where the buyer's shipping address is located.
