Sales quatity is wrong on my store heading

I've sold over 550 items but my store heading stays at 499. Why is this happening andis there any way to correct this?

Hi @chotchkahsales

I believe eBay records a multiple item purchase as ONE transaction sold ... that is also how they treat Feedback ... you might get FB on all items on a multiple purchase but your FB count only gets 1 for calculating your FB percentage.
