Sales have tanked
Seller for 6 years. Top rated probably for 5 of the 6 years. Series of events has raised my defect rate mostly from items I've misplaced and then have to cancel sale. My feedback is 99% was 100%. Sales went from 12 sales a week to zero sales. What in the world can I do to change this??
