What can I do if I order a product from China being in the US and the product never arrives or if I receive something different that what I ordered?

eBay has a link to their Money Back Guarantee on most every item listing. I
f you don't receive the item by the estimated delivery date shown on the listing...
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
If you receive an item that is not as described...
You have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
Unscrupulous sellers located in China are known for stringing buyers along when they open cases or report problems until the deadlines run out by making false promises to reship, replace, resolve the problem after you close the case, leave positive feedback first, etc. Be careful of that and follow the instructions and deadlines eBay gives you - not the instructions the seller gives you.
