Sale to UK using EIS
First time using EIS shipping from MA to UK. Buyer asking ?s about invoice total. Item price $315. Buyer says there's a UK VAT on her invoice but I thought that eBay only collected this up front on items up to 135 pounds, over that buyer pays in UK customs. Also there's a 5% add on charge which I'm assuming is sales tax in MA even though it's an international sale. Any clarification helpful.
