Sale that did not happen
Good morning,
I have an item i was selling, i made an offer to a watcher, he made a counter offer and i accepted that offer, however, ebay says the item sold but did not sell, it still has it listed for sale, that no sale occurred, yet i have a message from ebay saying i made the sale and waiting on the payment, when i look in the sale area it does not appear at all, only when i look at offer settings does it show it sold, i have been buying and selling on here since 2003 and this is a new one, and i cant seem to find an actually phone number to call, only a useless automated chat, any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you
