Sale Earning Negative Earnings
Hi,
Hope all is well. I’m new to selling on eBay. My recent sale has earnings of -$7. I mis-calculated shipping costs as well as offering quantity discounts, the way the shipping costs were calculated for the sale of qty 5 left the overall earning to be negative seven dollars.
I’ve chosen to refund the buyer for the sale. What would you do? And why?
IF there is a person that has a reason to follow through with the sale please give me your reason please and thank you.

I would have completed the sale and considered the loss as tuition, education.
Cancelling a sale gives you a defect which will cost you a lot more than $7

We all learned the hard way once. Stick with it. Ask questions here, at eBay online "Seller Check-in", in person events, or in solid groups.
