Sale cancelled for security reasons
I received the notice that eBay was cancelling a sale for my security. I didn't ship my item, but it's still shows "buyer paid, ship now." Do I just delete the sale, or cancel it? Or will Ebay do that for me?

Don't cancel the sale, don't contact the buyer for any reason.
You can archive the item just in case you want to refer back to it again. You'll find the option in the dropdown list next to the order (click the three dots).

OP1 week agoThank you for your help. The order is still showing up as now late to ship because it says the buyer paid but eBay says not to ship and do not contact them. So can I go in and cancel the order and return this item to an active status? Will this affect my status as having a positive rating?

As I stated before, don't cancel the transaction and don't ship it. If you don't want to see it, you can choose Archive from the dropdown options next to the order transaction.
