Sale came in on day I was leaving on work trip before I could get my away-message posted.
Hello, I am in a bit of a quandry with my latest sale, and hope you can help. I was headed out of town and before I could get my away-message posted a sale came in. Now I might not be home in time to meet the ship-by due date on that sale.
I have contacted the buyer to see if shipping a day or two after the eBAy ship-by date is acceptable. I have not heard back just yet. I would like to avoid getting a poor review/black mark for shipping beyond the ship-by date, if possible. Looking for advice on this...would it be possible for EBAy to adjust the ship-by date after the sale comes through due to the Seller being away?
