sale 2 sets of earrings buyer sent back without backs can I deduct $$ from refund to buy new back
This person bought 2 listings of earrings from me. Both same material and style and then she messes up shipping by putting local delivery . She New York I am in Oklahoma. Then she decides she doesn't like any of them and wants refunds. Well got the earrings back but no backs on the posts. 4 out of 5 had posts so what do I do. For some reason my cell system is not working today because of rain - usually happens so can't get phone call from Ebay Turning to this to try to get help.
