Unused shipping label already paid.
How do I get a refund on a shipping label that is unused because the buyer changed their mind on the item before it was shipped?

You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.
