I purchased the phone brand new and it's box and when I set it up to use it the touch screen was all over the place sending messages and just going crazy from the beginning so I sent the message to the seller he told me to put in the request for return I did that I asked him for a shipping label he said he was going to give it to me and from there he stopped replying and ignored all my messages
He never gave me my shipping label to do the return so they close the case because he stopped responding but I did everything looks like the seller asked and he disappeared on me
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

You should have asked eBay to step in.
Unfortunately your only option now is a chargeback with your payment method for an item that is significantly not as described.
