Question

I weighed the listed item, posted the shipping method from EBay, and charged the customer. After the item sells, EBay decides to change the shipping method from my selection( given to me by EBay) to a higher shipping payment and then charges me for the difference, and allows the buying customer to pay less. What is happening. The weight did not change, nor the measurements. What is happening? I’loosing money every time EBay does this.

Please someone help me understand what is going on.

@lutek3475 . Is this the item that you had a problem with? https://ebay.us/m/i0fFnK You selected First Class Envelope which you can only purchase at the post office for items that qualify. This is an untracked shipping method. eBay shipping labels are all tracked shipping methods. Since you bought the label on ebay your options for a book were ground advantage or media mail.
