Rwturns or refunds past 90 days
I bought item in May of 2025, item no longer works but contacted seller and he say since did but extender warranty he will accept returns or refund of item. There was no option in listing to buy extended warranty. Anything I can do? Unable to contact ebay help on this issue. Doesn't new items carry on year warranty before extender kicks in? How do I contact ebay on this?

Mentor7 months agoHi. To contact eBay CS on this or any issue: you can request a call back by finding the words "Help & Contact" in small print at the top of any page. Click it and request a call back.
