eBay doesn't sell anything. eBay provides a venue for individual sellers to advertise products. If you've found an ad for a camper on some site that is not eBay – like craigslist – and the the ad says that the sale will be "handled through eBay for both our protection" or if there's some sob story, for example about her husband getting killed, then it is a scam. If they ask for payment with gift cards, then it is a scam. Answer one question. Is the camper listed on eBay? The answer will tell you whether or not it's legitimate.
