Rugged smart phone
Im trying to find out if the seller of the phone I purchased on ebsy was required to log the serial number of the phone they sold me? Its important because they have gone silent and stopped communicating with me. The phone was returned to the seller and now the seller is stiffing me on my refund. Is there some way I can obtain the serial #, or IMEI number of the phone the seller sold me that is now back in the seller's possession? Extenuating circumstances occurred in the botched delivery of the phone to my address that prompted me to return to sender immediately. It was lost in the mail and when it arrived it was covered in hazmat warnings. The HAZMAT warning made me feel nervous about accepting the phone into my home. So I promptly returned it. It did not come with a charger like stated in the ad. Now, the seller is keeping my money and the phone is back in the seller's possession. That is unethical and downright theft on the part of the ebay seller. The order # of the phone is: 14-11680-37952

The box had a hazmat label because it's required due to the battery.
