Rug that was marked down next day
I purchased an area rug. The rug was marked down in price the next day and the rug I bought had not shipped yet. Request a refund from seller which was about $10 for the same rug, same size and color. Seller told me don’t match prices. It isn’t like matching prices it is there own merchandise. Checked with eBay and they were no help at told me notify seller. Did send seller 3 messages and no other answer.

Mentor3 years agoSellers are allowed to lower prices, and are not required to refund previous buyers at the old price the difference.
If the seller had raised the price instead of lowering it, how would you have reacted if the seller wanted you to match the new, higher price?
