Mentor2 years agoYou can use the Report option in the Action dropdown in the message to report the vulgar language.

Of the 5 Negative Feedbacks you left for the same Seller in the past month would the emails be from them or some other Seller?
eBay does not require Sellers to communicate with Buyers although I think it is important to do so.
