Rude and name calling

Question

I made an offer that apparently was automatically deducted once seller accepted. However, I inquired about pick up free shipping, which seller offered and agreed to.

Then all of a sudden, I get tracking information and seller didn’t respond till I received item!
I gave them neutral feedback, as they offered something that they didn’t honor and now they send me rude and name calling messages… what can or should I do?

Here are some steps to take

Since you are a seller, too

1) Block the Seller from buying from you here https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock

2) Prevent the Blocked Buyer from further contact by checking the box for

"Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" under "Buyer Rules", then "Save Changes"

3) Report each alarming message using the 3 dots in the upper right of the messaging

They’re messaging you more than what would be considered normal, with no intention of buying the item

If this option doesn't work, then

5) Report the buyer using eBay's social media customer service to get assistance

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened.

Again your reporting reason is

"They’re messaging you more than what would be considered normal, with no intention of buying the item"
And any other concerning language.

6) File a police report

Here are some steps to take

1) Advise the seller through eBay messages to stop contacting you.

2) Block his number on your phone

3) Report each alarming eBay message using the 3 dots in the upper right of the messaging

Suspicious seller activity
Seller sent threatening or abusive messages
