Rude and arrogant seller
Bought an item that said it wood be delivered 10 to 15 days it took 20. When I got a notice it was delivered I still did not have it. I contacted ebay and they asked me to check around the neighborhood and found it. Tracking said it came to my home but there is nothing with my signature on it to show it came to my home. The seller immediately accused me of lying. I was not given a refund. I have an excellent buyer rating and feel bad I won't be doing business with those reputable sellers.

You could contact the carrier to find out where it was delivered. USPS uses GPS coordinates for a delivery. If it was misdelivered, the carrier can either try to retrieve the package or can let you know that it was not addressed to you. If they can't recover a misdelivery, the seller can open a claim with the carrier. If shipped via USPS, and the seller won't cooperate, a claim can be opened by the buyer instead.
