Rreturn a taking apart computer tower

Question

So the buyer disassembled the home computer tower upon receiving it and says it's not what was in the post and wants a refund. I feel like they don't deserve a refund for taking it apart. They could put it together wrong took something from the inside or whatever. What is my option?

Did they provide pictures clearly showing that what you listed is NOT what was inside the computer?

If they return it through eBay you might be able to deduct up to 50% of the item price because they changed its condition by taking it apart. Seller protections | eBay
