You can't look it up on the USPS site like regular tracking you have to use this tracking tool> https://www.trackmyshipment.co/
You need to file a return request case NOT a not received case as tracking shows delivery.
For the reason select doesn't match pictures or description.
If the seller doesn't refund you willingly then you need to ask ebay to step in and help on the 4th business day. eBay will make the seller refund or provide a return shipping label. If you do have to return it then just mail back the empty envelope.
