Royal shipping screw up
Yesterday I sold 4 items, I purchased all labels via eBay with QR codes. I sent 2 of items yesterday right as the post office was closing. Problem: The 2 boxes shipped, the wrong QR code was used so they are being shipped the wrong items. Not to mention the QR code was used for the 2 items still in my warehouse.
Is there an easy fix for this?
To make it simpler:
1. 2 Buyers are receiving items they did not order - already in USPS possession
2. The items still in my warehouse that need to be shipped by Monday the 23rd the QR code has already been used.
Solution?

Mentor10 months ago@teamocol0 #1 .... reach out to your buyers, apologize for the mistake. Let them know that they need to file not as described return requests, you pay return shipping and refund the buyer once you get the items back.
#2 Since you can not void the shipping labels because they were used I am sorry to say that you are going to have to buy two new shipping labels.

OP10 months agoThank you so much! As a relatively new seller from January of this year I had never experienced this situation before. Your direction was most helpful 🵠Another how to eBay lesson learned.

Mentor10 months ago@teamocol0. Just wanted to mention that you can right off the loss on your taxes next year. Not all new sellers are aware so thought I'd mention it.
