Royal Mail problem
My buyer received my package which had been opened and was empty on receipt. They can’t report item not received as royalty mail has marked it as delivered.
what do I do know, I’m going round in circles and it’s driving me mad!

Mentor1 year agoWhat you do is have the buyer file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described. Include photos of the outer package, the shipping label, the inner packaging. If you want the package back, you accept the return. If you do not want to pay shipping to get the empty package back, you refund in full. Then you file an insurance claim with Royal Mail for a package that was tampered with before delivery.
