rotted fringe on waist sash

I contacted seller on 11.13.24-no response, The sash arrived in a sealed package, full of black dust and fringe pieces. The fringe has rotted off the sash inside the package. When I opened the package black dust and fringe went everywhere. What a mess, all over my cream colored bedspread. I would like a refund. I DO NOT want a replacement sash from this company.

File a Return Request:

Within 30 days after delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match description". Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
