Question

I won an auction a few days ago for this card. Seller claims ebay "screwed up" and didn't set a reserve. He's a new seller it appears and clearly he never set a reserve and is not pleased with the outcome of the auction. He's trying to cancel my purchase. How should I handle this... I want the card. Thanks.

If they cancel the order, not much you can do.

If they don't cancel or ship, a day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
