I purchased a 925 Sterling Silver Ring that was not 925 Sterling Silver... and just found out when the ring turned green and my skin turned itchy. I am outside the return window, the seller suggest I don't wash my hands, and I am not sure what I can do. This is fraud.

If you are outside of the 30 days from receipt money back guaranty you can try going to your payment source and see about a charge back. Each payment source has different time limits for doing this so ask now.
