I purchased a Rolex of eBay’s auction the price was very low and the seller claims the Rolex watch is authentic and has eBay buyer protection on the watch then I noticed after the auction there’s the same watch and advertising is exactly the same as the watch I bought and the price was 8 times more then I contacted eBay because his posting was also removed from the website and a eBay representative told me there was a previous problem with a sale but I guess because he had shipped the watch they reposted the watch now I’m in panick mode two other sellers in Hong Kong have also copied the Florida ad and are selling exactly the same watch as I purchased the watch is sitting in customs now I’m thinking there going to be taxes and duties going to be well over a thousand dollars how am I going to get my money back if I verify the watch is fake the seller told me he is standing by his authenticity and will pay for any occurring expenses if there a problem.
