If the item you got was not as described, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

OP8 months agoHi thank you all for your replies. The sellers have all the power. I got screwed in my old account thinking I had to sell at a certain price.
Had I known I could screw a buyer to save me money I would have done that
But eBay is fine screwing me and letting sellers drop my bids.
Being naive and expecting a seller to be corrected and forced to sell has never happened.
