Ordered a car part from this deceptive seller , Produdct didnt come , Contacted seller only to be stroked along another month again contacted seller He apologised claiming he was busy and forgot to send
Upon tyring to contact him he no longer responds to messaging and I have found no way to get help from Ebay SELLER (kwmautoparts)

·5 months agoWhat was the latest estimated date of arrival on the original order? You have 30 days from that date to open an Item Not Received claim. If you are still in that timeframe, do so immediately (go to your Purchase History, click the More Actions dropdown, and choose the option that says you haven't received it).
If you are past that date, you can seek assistance from your payment source.
