Ripped off by seller and Ebay left me hanging!
I ordered a Johnny Was Jacket from an eBay seller last November, and despite questioning if there were any rips, tears or stains and was told no, the jacket arrived with multiple stains. When I tried to return it, the seller offered a refund which I accepted. Never received the refund and despite my multiple attempts to get help from the Ebay customer service team they have left me with no Help on resolution. They suggested I file a fraud claim with the law enforcement! Good grief, extremely disappointed with Ebay.
