Ripped-Off BY EBAY?
Summary: peet_778 is disputing a refund decision made by a retail platform in favor of a buyer. They argue that the buyer's claim about "folding" the drone's arms indicates misuse, and they believe the drone was damaged by the buyer, not during shipping. peet_778 is seeking to have the decision reversed, claiming financial harm as a disabled senior on a fixed income.

The buyer said he "folded" the arms of the drone IN that alone would break them...they rotate orbitally they are not "folded in". This is a clue he broke the drone himself and wanted a refund. You took his side....why? He also said "The drone flies great" . You still sided with the buyer......why? You owe me $450 because you don't even know what a drone is. It was in perfect shape when I shipped and it did fly great.. You stole $450 from a disabled senior on a fixed income. I want this case reversed. I appeal this verdict.

Mentor1 month agoIf the buyer opened an "Item not as described" case then you must accept the return, provide a prepaid return label and make a full refund once the item is returned. This is eBay policy and must be followed. It would appear you did not do this within three days so the buyer asked eBay to step in. When they did this eBay forced a refund from you and gave you a defect on your account.
