Ripped off by a Seller

I purchased a projector from a seller. It arrived with the box a little damaged. I wasn't conserned about that. Cosmetic right? I was just happy it finally arrived. After a delay following an ice storm in Ok. Anyways, finally got it plugged in, it doesn't work. Seems like all the apps uploaded on this thing are unauthorized fake apps. You click on them and its like every one of them has some error/reason why it can't connect. The Internet connectivity won't stay connected. I even moved it 2 feet from my modem in the same room. Still, I can't utilize any apps nor can I connect a firestick cause it won't recognize the process of inserting in the HDMI port. DEFECTIVE! So I put in the return and the seller tells me that they will exchange it for another one and to please go and cancel the return. So not knowing any better, I cancel the return. The Seller says they will exchange it, Okay. About a day later, the seller states they're out of stock. And now is offering me 35% of my money back. I'm shocked! So, I keep pushing for a resolution. Seller now wants a video of the issue.

This thing was delivered February 7th. I have been trying to get ahold of Ebay. Never, not once have I heard from an agent. I've been told by Chat, Chat bot, whoever.. "An Agent will contact you in 5 minutes." Never has there been one successful call from Ebay. I can't do an appeal. I can't put in the return again. No one will call me.

Now I am by far not complaining or playing that poor pitaful me **bleep**. BUT!! I work my ass off on a daily and barely get by. I have a toddler I am responsible for on a daily at 50yo!! I don't have money to be playing this bull**bleep**! Like where is Ebay? Inforcing theft it seems. Unconserned of what is happening on this platform. Do whats right! Or at least return a phone call and listen to what is actually happening under your nose. To me, it seems like Ebay is on it as they continuely turn their back and walk away.

I was using this item for my online courses that I take after working all day. I was so excited to get this projector, connect it, and relax with this full screen on my wall. Reading outload my textbook as I lay there barely able to move after a long day at work. Enjoy that little downtime I had, feeding myself more knowledge. Nope, Hell NO! Greedy people need to be taught a lesson on how to do the right thing!
