Ripped off 4000 grand
Didn’t accept an engine delivery from shipping company. They returned the engine. Now the seller saying it’s all on eBay and won’t refund my money. eBay is very difficult to get to a representative- I’ve the shipping company notes for the return signed by an employee of the shop purchased at. Taverse auto Michigan They are not being helpful at all. Basically stealing four thousand dollars from me. I’m ready to lawyer up. Please help me with a rep from eBay

·2 years agoI’m not sure what the exact policy is for an engine; it likely depends on what category it was listed in (eBay Motors categories have different policies than the rest of the site).
But, on the main part of the eBay site, if you refuse delivery of an item, you lose your ability to get a refund.
