Ripped off
Bought an emerald ring from a supposedly reputable seller emerald in advertisement is completely different then the piece of worthless **bleep** of an emerald I received I’m a victim of the classic bait and switch and sell also request I not contact eBay to initiate return for refund and to just use their return shipping label but I’m afraid to return it and end up with nothing I clearly can’t trust seller as they are crooks but haven’t been able to get an answer from eBay directly I want to speak with a person not a **bleep** indifferent algorithms that can’t solve a **bleep** thing eBay sucks!

·3 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
