Ripped off
I ordered 4 pacs of filter for hearing aid filters and only received 1. I reached out to seller and never received an
answer. I gave them a bad rating and an ebay CS rep called me and said that they would send me the balance
on what I was missing if I changed my rating. I did what was asked and never received the items. I tried to contact ebay and spoke to some one who said no one was available to help me but would escalate it. I received an email asking me to make a police report, totally bogus. I tried to get someone on the phone but can not get a call back. Beware as the sellers service is non existent and ebay protection is bogus.

·2 years agoeBay CS would not call a buyer and promise to ship something (especially since it is not in eBay's possession) if you changed the feedback. That was the seller. S/he has done that to hundreds of buyers ("Revised Feedback: 113").
If it has been less than 30 days since the earlier of delivery or the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid:
Your package is Significantly Not As Described (1 instead of 4). Go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you want to return the item, select the (usually bottom) reason that it is not as described or pictured, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten a prepaid return label (for the 1 item) or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
ETA: If it has been more than 30 days you will have to seek a refund from your payment source, e.g. PayPal or credit card. Note that PayPal is in the process of changing its deadline for SNAD claims so if you are too late to file with eBay there is a chance you might be too late to file with PayPal (depending on whether the shorter timeframe would apply to when you made the payment).
