ripped off
I purchased three dvd's that were said to have been in "very good" condition. One of them was cracked all the way through and had tape over it and the other two had cases that were torn up, missing pieces to them and water stained. I have been trying to solv this with the seller but they only want to give me a partial refund and this makes me very upset. I would never have purchased the items in the shape they are in. I can't find anywhere on the site to solve this situation.

Mentor2 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
