Rip off runaround
With the amount of people like my self getting ripped off on eBay, they need to make it easier to report. The seller open, then closes a “case†they generated which in turn keeps you from opening another “caseâ€, except this one is real - now out $808:(

If so, it's to late for any help from Ebay.
If you paid through Pay Pal, see if you can open a case with them or contact your credit card.

Mentor3 years agoA seller cannot open a case for you and cannot close it until he performs. Can you provide more details on the problem and what actions you took?
