Rip off
I ordered two CPUs that it says were delivered but when I checked with FedEx they were delivered to an alternate address under a different name they will not tell you who or where under privacy laws and to contact the seller who does not answer and on eBay, they just show it was delivered even though not to you this is a rip-off and eBay is letting this happen and gives no customer service number to contact about this theft. As well as when I dispute this on eBay it just shows delivered what a rip-off..

·2 years agoYou don’t need to know exactly where it was delivered; you just need something that states it was not delivered to YOU. With that you can file an appeal with eBay.

OP2 years agoFedEx states that it was delivered to a different address and name, but under privacy concerns, eBay needs to be contacted to correct this through the shipper due to theft concerns.

Mentor2 years agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
