rip off

Question

A few days ago I had to open a case for 2 items that were not shipped to me and the seller quit and is no longer listed as a seller.

I opened a case with e bay and they only refunded me for 1 purchase instead of the 2 items I purchased.

When I went to appeal the case, they closed the case and I could not do anything.

And contacting someone over there is getting more difficult than before.

Is there any way to appeal this "closed by them" case?

@tested.goods I'm sorry that happened. I suggest you file a paypal or credit card charge back for the 2nd item. That comes back to eBay and from the seller's funds.
