Rip off.
I won the bid bought the product on the 8th and asked when he thought it would be to my front door.
he said a week.
here 4 days later after me getting on him he shipped it 7-1/2 hours after I asked for a refund yesterday.
so it’s been a week and he shipped it out after I asked for a refund, and it still isn’t here.
I bought another one of a “reputable†web sight Amazon and already got it.
I no longer need his garbage and it’s still in transit to my house.
I don’t want to pay return shipping when I canceled my order before he even shipped it.
7-1/2 hours before he shipped it.

Mentor3 years agoThere are 7 days in a week - not 4 or 5.
The estimated delivery date was shown on the listing when you made the purchase (and is shown in your Purchase History now).
The listing shows that the seller usually ships within 3 business days. The feedback you left says you purchased the item on the 12th which means that the seller had until Wednesday to ship.
Buyers cannot cancel orders. You're lucky the seller accepts returns, but you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
You were not ripped off and the feedback you left was unjustified.

I just don’t want it. And yes you can cancel an order in transit..it’s 2023 you dumb people.
I hate having a high IQ.

Mentor3 years agoI wrote that buyers cannot cancel a transaction - only sellers can and they are not obligated to do so whether or not they have shipped.
In 2023, for a seller to cancel an order in transit, he would have to put in a package intercept which is quite costly and not guaranteed to work depending on how far it's traveled through the delivery stream. You would be responsible to for paying for the package intercept as well as the postage which is not refundable from USPS. If shipped via another carrier, the process would be similar.

NO, Ebay buyers cannot cancel their orders...at anytime. They can only REQUEST that the seller cancel the transaction.

Unless the seller accepts returns, you will not be able to return the item just because you "just don't want it".

Buyers cannot cancel their orders.
When you receive it, file a Return Request. If the seller approves, you will have to pay for the return shipping charges since you do not have a valid reason per Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.
