RING video door bell
I recently sold a Ring video door bell, I have no way of testing it and I stated that it was untested and may not work. Returns were not accepted by me!
The buyer now states it was used…..it clearly states this, and that it may not work as it is untested.
The buyer now wants to return the item that he says he paid for a new working video bell. I was asking for $30 as a buy now price but accepted $15.00 ( The current new price is @$120)
should I return the item and refund his $15.00 or put up with his accusations of deception etc.
i believe that in all respects I have been 100% honest in my sale……. Any suggestions!

·1 year agoOn eBay, “used†means that the item may have some wear, but functions as intended. You should have listed as “for parts/not workingâ€, with a comment that it may work.
No returns only applies to buyers remorse. If you sell on eBay, you do take returns, or can refund without requiring the buyer return it.
If the buyer opens an item not as described case, and you try to fight it, you will lose.
