Ridiculous shipping prices
Hello,
I am looking to buy a used item but the seller lists a ridiculous shipping price. You can buy a new item for less money including shipping. I wrote the seller once to ask if there was an error on the shipping price. There was no response from the seller. I wrote the seller a second time indicating a potential price offer from me, with reasonable shipping cost. There was no response from the seller. The item just cycles through relisting as nobody bids on it. I suspect the seller is a scammer, and I follow the item each time it is relisted. I am aware of two items by the seller with the same apparent scam strategy. It appears eBay will accept a complaint after a purchase, but I see no way to alert eBay of a potential scammer. Is there a way to BLOCK a seller? Is there a way to alert eBay to a potential scammer?

Mentor1 year agoIf you think the shipping is too high, look for another seller. If you suspect the seller is a scammer, scroll all the way down the listing until you see a ? in the lower right corner of the screen. Click on it, and you can report the listing.
